2 Pavilions or Amphitheaters (size unspecified)

4 Comfort Stations (40’ x 30’ =1200 sq ft)

5 +/- Cabins (30’ x 30’ = 900 sq ft)

45 +/- Full-Service RV Campsites to include sewer, water & electric

90 +/- Parking spaces with adjoining campsites & fire rings

Miles of Access Road

(That's approximately three Christiana Malls!)

* During the January 10, 2024 Town Hall, DCNR Secretary Cindy Adams Dunn stated "We're putting the camping plan aside for now."
